Terms and Conditions

Effective September 11, 2026. These terms govern your use of strongholdprotectivesystems.com and the services of Stronghold Protective Systems (“Stronghold”).

Assessments

The free home security assessment is offered to homeowners in our service area, by appointment, at our discretion. It is subject to the Assessment Disclaimer. You may cancel or reschedule at any time before the appointment.

Quotes and orders

Quotes are valid for 30 days and describe the exact product, its manufacturer-reported rating, and the scope of installation. Custom products are ordered only after a written scope, verified field measurements, and the deposit stated on the quote. Manufacturer lead times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Payment

Reinforcement and screen work is invoiced on completion unless the quote says otherwise. Custom doors and projects require a deposit at order with the balance due at installation. Deposits on custom-manufactured products are non-refundable once the manufacturer has begun production.

Installation and warranty

Installation is performed by insured contractors under Stronghold’s coordination. Product warranties are the manufacturer’s and are passed through to you; we coordinate warranty claims. Stronghold warrants its installation workmanship for one year from completion.

Limitations

No product or installation eliminates the possibility of forced entry, and Stronghold makes no guarantee of security outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, Stronghold’s liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service at issue.
