What the assessment covers
In twenty to thirty minutes we examine the physical envelope of the house: the front, rear, side, and garage-to-house doors; jambs, strike plates, hinges, and deadbolts; door construction; glass beside the locks and sidelights; sliding patio doors; accessible windows and ground-floor openings; gates where relevant; exterior lighting; and the cameras and alarm you already own. We score the same 73 points that are on the checklist you receive when you book.
What you get

What it is not
The assessment is a practical residential physical-security review informed by the founders’ law-enforcement experience and our knowledge of security products. Is the assessment free for everyone?
It is free for homeowners in Georgetown and the surrounding Williamson County cities we serve. Outside that area we offer a free virtual assessment, and for distant or unusually complex properties a paid comprehensive assessment credited toward any work.
Do you sell alarms or monitoring?
No. We do not sell, install, or monitor alarm systems or cameras. If you already own them, the assessment covers how well they are placed and set up, and the report says so.
How long does it take?
Twenty to thirty minutes for a typical single-family home. Larger homes with many openings take longer.
Who does the assessment?
One of the founders, both of whom spent their careers in law enforcement in Central Texas, or a Stronghold assessor trained on the same 73 points.
What happens after the report?
Nothing, unless you want it to. If you ask for a quote, we write it against the exact product and its tested rating. Many homeowners start with the free fixes and a single reinforced door.
