Privacy Policy

Effective September 11, 2026. Stronghold Protective Systems (“Stronghold,” “we”) operates strongholdprotectivesystems.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to reach us about it. Our mailing address is 520 County Road 108, Suite 31, Hutto, TX 78634; our email is [email protected].

What we collect

Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, home address, and answers to the assessment request or checklist forms. Information collected automatically: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and the source that brought you to the site (for example a search engine or an advertisement), collected through Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, and the Meta pixel.

How we use it

To schedule and perform assessments, deliver the checklist and the Stronghold Report, prepare quotes, coordinate installation and follow-up visits, send appointment confirmations and reminders by email and text message, send the emails you opted into, and measure which marketing brings people to us. We do not sell personal information.

Text messages

When you submit a form on this site you agree to receive calls and text messages about your assessment and any work you request. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out and HELP for help. Marketing texts are sent only if you check the separate box that asks for them.

Email

Every marketing email we send includes our postal address and an unsubscribe link. Transactional emails (confirmations, reminders, your report) are sent as part of the service you requested.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the business: our website host, our email and text messaging providers, our scheduling and customer-management software, our payment processor, and the installers who perform your work, each only to the extent needed. We share information when the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement. Your browser settings control cookies; Google and Meta each provide opt-out tools for their advertising products.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to opt out of marketing. Texas residents can exercise the rights available under Texas law by the same email.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it as long as needed for the purposes above and for our records. Assessment reports are kept so we can honor warranties and follow-up visits.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
