Assessment Disclaimer
The Stronghold Home Security Assessment is a practical residential physical-security review. It concentrates on the areas Stronghold Protective Systems is qualified to evaluate and improve: exterior doors, frames, strikes, hinges, locking hardware, glass adjacent to doors, sliding doors, accessible windows and ground-floor openings, garage entry, exterior lighting, and the placement of existing cameras and alarm sensors.
The assessment is informed by the founders’ law-enforcement experience and by Stronghold’s knowledge of physical-security products. It is not an engineering inspection, a building inspection, or a code inspection. It is not a police service, and Stronghold Protective Systems is not affiliated with or endorsed by any police department or government agency. A founder’s law-enforcement experience is not an engineering certification.
The assessment is not a guarantee that every vulnerability will be identified, and no product, installation, or recommendation eliminates the possibility of forced entry. Product ratings are stated as reported by each manufacturer and apply to the product as tested, not to the surrounding structure. A safe room door does not make a room a certified storm shelter.
Recommendations are made in good faith based on conditions observed on the day of the assessment. Fire and life-safety requirements take precedence over security recommendations; never install a lock, bar, or barrier that prevents escape.
